Did you say Brazilian Steakhouse? Count me in! Last week I ventured to Chima Steakhouse and let me tell you… the food was SO good. Not only were the restaurant staff extremely attentive, but the atmosphere was fun, fancy, and interactive.
We started off the meal ordering drinks, and afterwards our waitress redirected us to the salad bar. HONESTLY, this may have been one of my favorite parts of the entire meal. Not only do they provide various salads for you to choose from, but they also have Italian meats and soup options. I was a big fan of their Kale salad. The perfect introduction to a delicious meal!
The most fun part about dining at Chima is that gauchos walk around and cut fresh pieces of meat directly onto your plate, similar to other Brazilian Steakhouses. My favorite cuts were the picanha sirloin, baby top sirloin, and the filet mingon (insert heart eyes emoji lol). Check out my Instagram stories for more pictures!
As if two courses wasn’t enough, I had to end my meal with something sweet! I tasted the Brazilian Trio, which consisted of three different flavored creams. My favorite flavors were the chocolate and walnut, but the coconut was still tasty!
Overall, if you’re looking for a fun and fanciful night out you should definitely consider Chima! Have any more questions? Leave them in the comments section below!
